The Handstand Lab is designed for anyone looking to grow in their handstand practice. This class focuses on strength-building, flexibility, drills, and technique to help you level up your handstands.
Mastering a handstand takes dedication and repetition! To help you stay committed, I’m offering a 4-class series happening every two weeks at 9 AM:
Saturday, April 19th | Sunday, May 4th | Sunday, May 18th | Sunday, June 1st
This is a great opportunity to train in a safe, supportive environment with a community of like-minded individuals. Whether you're just starting or refining your skills, this series will provide the structure and guidance you need to progress.
