Meet the Teacher

Amanda is an experienced, 500-hour advanced yoga teacher. She got certified through a registered Yoga Alliance school (Awakened Life School of Yoga) in 2016 with a focus in Vinyasa and Restorative yoga. For Amanda, yoga has been far more than a physical practice—it has been a transformative journey of self-realization, purpose, and spiritual connection. Embracing the yogic lifestyle has profoundly transformed her life, and this is why she is deeply passionate about sharing these practices, hoping they will offer the same transformation and support to others. She specializes in creative and effective sequencing, guiding breathwork, teaching inversions, hands-on adjustments, creating a safe space, and helping individuals recognize their full potential.

  • Vital Vinyasa (Tri-Weekly Offering)

    Vital Vinyasa is designed to energize through pranayama practices and build strength by focusing on core engagement and repetitions within each posture, all while embracing the fluidity of vinyasa flow. This class features laid-back house music with minimal lyrics, guaranteed to get you breathing and sweating! The techniques we’ll explore will help you build strength for inversions and develop the ability to "float" on your hands.

    I offer a variety of yoga events and workshops designed to explore different aspects of the practice, including breathwork, chanting, sound healing, inversions, philosophy, and more. These immersive experiences provide opportunities to deepen your understanding of yoga and connect on a more profound level.
